Our Solution
In an initial phase, a team was embedded in the Office of the Managing Director to undertake a review of business process mapping followed by the development of a transformation strategy and strategic communications plan. In a subsequent phase, OCRT developed and delivered a brand refresh, to help rebuild ELSA’s reputation, reposition it in market and increase its profile.
OCRT utilised a design, develop, deliver approach.
Design the overall approach to ensure deliverables are understood and aligned.
Develop a detailed project plan including timelines and success metrics.
Deliver project outcomes, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and buy-in throughout.
The Outcome
OCRT delivered a new SharePoint tool, individualised task trackers for all corporate staff, a synchronisation matrix and Power BI; a strategic communications plan, comprehensive stakeholder map, market research into business and engagement opportunities in the Australian market, crisis communication support in relation to a reputation issue, and a rebrand including a full suite of communications material and new website.
